As the Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, performing core accounting functions, and contributing to the financial health and transparency of the organization. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone who values connection, team spirit, and opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support internal audits
Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions
Prepare financial reports and schedules to support analysis and audits
Maintain fixed asset schedules and support depreciation tracking
Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support financial clarity and shared goals
Help identify process improvements and contribute to system enhancements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of professional accounting experience
ERP software experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be willing to work onsite daily in the Roseville area
